At Supercovers, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once dispatched, delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner operations.

Estimated delivery timelines displayed on the website are approximate and provided for reference purposes only. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to logistics issues, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Supercovers shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

We currently ship across India. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of placing the order. Supercovers will not be liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details.

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the parcel, re-shipping charges may apply.
